Stainless steel is a special material. Effective measures should be taken in the production process to avoid the occurrence of corrosion conditions and inducements.

There are many kinds of surface pretreatment methods for stainless steel metal substrates, which are mainly selected according to the structure characteristics, size and output of the coatings. The main purpose of pretreatment is to remove foreign bodies on the surface of the substrate and obtain appropriate surface roughness to facilitate better adhesion of the coating. Traditional surface pretreatment methods include grinding, pickling, passivation and sand blasting.
